Dawn discovered her passion for the culinary world as a single mom of two hungry boys.  An opportunity arose and she went to culinary school in Boulder, CO. This cemented her passion for good quality food.  With the support of her two boys, Tanner and Tristan, Dawn transitioned into the culinary world 8 years ago and she hasn’t looked back.  Being friends with Sean and Casey since high school it seemed a natural fit when this position opened up. With Tanner and Tristan off at college and Dawn’s adopted son Theo busy being a young adult, Dawn needed a new baby to love on and care for.  That is what the Bambei Brew Pub Kitchen is, a new and upcoming kitchen that needs someone with a passion for good food.  Dawn plans to incorporate several of the Bambei brews into her recipes, assuring a tasty, fun and unique experience that you can only get at Bambei Brew Pub!!!!
