The Servers in our brewery play an integral role to ensure our customers have exceptional drinking and dining experiences. The right person will be passionate about food, beers, and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Food and Drink Runner and Busser in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Clean and prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Assist with customers using Arryved point of sales kiosks and app
• Serve food and drink orders to guests
• Answer questions or make recommendations for food and drink
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Collaborate with other restaurant runners/bussers and kitchen/bar staff
• Promptly address customer service issues with a positive attitude and refer guests to management when necessary
• Assist in helping customers check out and pay
• Remain guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assist with restaurant side work and opening and closing duties
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Proven restaurant running and bussing experience
• Hands-on experience in POS systems
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13 - $15 per hour
